Happy New Year!
Welcome to the new site! It has been awhile... and over the past 8 months I've been working to reboot this program in new and exciting ways... starting with a website! (give a programmer a computer and everything looks like a hammer? or something like that...) ANYWAYS... The website is experimental, we're looking for a better way to communicate with interested Quakers within Western Yearly meeting than email spam.

We are currently planning a Quaker Studies program for Spring 2023. I will dial in the interest this month and try to schedule it out for March/April/May depending on interest.
The current topic is Passionate Christianity introducing you to Quakers in and around Western Yearly Meeting who have a passionate ministry, research, or outreach. The sessions will be fully online on a weekday evening. We are looking to record these and post them later, but we'll have to see how that goes.
We will have a separate forum/discord for group discussion.
I am looking for 12-20 people interested a week night course spanning 8 weeks in the spring. Also if you feel called to speak or have someone you think would be a great speaker reach out to me and I will contact you about fit/topic.
In the next 6 months we have a multitude of exciting programs and events that will strengthen your faith and call you to deepen your ministry.
The opportunities for ministry at this time our outstanding within Western Yearly Meeting. A wave of new things are in the air, and you can be a part of the exciting work that we are doing.
